  ++ arthur holmwood/quincey morris » i shipped these two since chapter v. so i was a little bit upset at how the book ended. literally anything with these two would make me happy, as there is zero fic anywhere. ——» missing scene, canon divergence, au, introspectiove fic, meet-cute, etc.
  
  ++ john seward & arthur holmwood & quincey morris » these three have known each other for years before the book begins. so maybe something pre-canon: going camping; or road tripping; navigating a ball or other social events together. or something completely au. again, literally anything would make me happy as there is zero fic out there — as long as it's not them all wishing they were with lucy.
  
  ++ jonathan harker/mina harker » "we can take turns being the strong one": jonathan still gets nightmares about his time with count dracula; or mina still gets nightmares about being under count dracula's spell and losing her own sense of self. (maybe something with an unreliable narrator, or sleep hallucinations.) mina still has her powers from when she was connected to dracula and works with jonathan to hunt other vampires.

  ++ jake pentecost & stacker pentecost » jake's time at the academy with his dad already being the legend he is. i'd honestly just love to see them bonding in some way, even if it doesn't end on a happy note. just the effort of them trying to get close. if you wanted to include mako, i'd be all for that.
  
  ++ mako mori & jake pentecost » 5 times mako helped jake out of trouble, and 1 time jake helped mako. or an au where the incident with mako is averted, or they find her later on. or maybe a pov switching fic with jake searching for mako after the incident.

  ++ raleigh becket & mako mori, raleigh becket/mako mori » their time after they sealed the breach. an au meet-cute. they drift away a bit, under the pressures of their new-found celebrity status, but then reconnect before uprising.
  
  ++ vik malikova & amara namani & ou-yang jinhai » excursions to strengthen their bond to better fight in their jaegers. coming to terms with the fact that they helped save the world, and trying to keep each others egos in check so they don't get too big-headed.
  
  ++ vik malikova/ou-yang jinhai » training together, learning together. an instant connection between someone who wanted to be a hero, and someone who believed trying to be anyone's hero was stupid.
